Enjoy unbeatable views and sunsets from the two large decks after a day on the beach, fishing, kayaking, and swimming in the pool.  Enjoy this beautiful property year-round. 

 The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with friends while enjoying the view in the wide-open living space. Complimentary stocked coffee bar has all you need to make freshly brewed coffees, iced coffees, or lattes.

The Pearl has all the comforts and conveniences of home with quick tap to connect high speed WiFi, streaming services, comfortable beds, lux linens, quick access codes for easy self-check in, online guest book, etc.

This property is family, adult group, & couple friendly and is stocked with extras! Plenty of amenities to keep kids and families entertained and for adults to unwind or gather with friends.

The primary suite has a king size bed, large closet, ensuite bathroom, and private waterfront deck. The closet is large enough to accommodate the provided pack n play crib with soft mattress. 

The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet, smart TV, etc. The third bedroom sleeps 5 in 4 two twin bunk beds with one twin trundle. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping options.  All bedrooms have smart TVs, sound machines, black-out curtains, and all the comforts of home. 

Parking for up to 4 cars in two double spaces available.  Private garage features beach chairs, toys, tents, beach wagon, kayaks*, and fishing poles, and more. 

Bring your own boat with dock rental agreement or rent one in the nearby Carolina Beach Yacht club. The Carolina Beach Wildlife Boat Ramp is extremely close by. *Additional agreement and waiver necessary for Kayak use as well.
